This covering paste is super flexible and pliable once kneaded, letting you roll it out to under 2mm thick, ensuring sharp edges and smooth, professional finishes.
Perfect for beginner bakers, thanks to its ease of use, but also a must-have for professional bakers in need of a firmer covering paste with great workability.

- To Use:
- Let the covering paste come to ambient temperature.
- Knead the covering paste firmly until it is smooth and elastic.
- Dust the work surface with a bit of icing sugar or Magic Roll-Out Powder and roll thinly to an even circle with a rolling pin. The covering paste can be rolled out even under 2 mm!
- Turn the covering paste a quarter to prevent sticking.
- Cover your cake with the covering paste.
Tip! Make sure to cover your cake with a thin layer of buttercream first.

Ready to use the product. Roll with a rolling pin on a very thin sheet to make a particularly realistic flower.
Our flower paste is not brittle. This assists with initial stiffening when forming flowers. It does not dry out immediately which offers you time to easily correct any imperfections.
It also has a subtle aroma and taste. It can be easily mixed with gel and powder colours.

- Dust your work surface with icing sugar, and roll out your sugarpaste with a rolling pin to an even circle of approximately 2-3mm thickness. Top tip: If you find there are some small cracks on the edges of your rolled out sugarpaste, knead again firmly until the edges are completely smooth.
- Turn the sugarpaste to prevent sticking.
- Cover your cake with the sugarpaste or cut out shapes. Top tip: if covering cakes, be sure to coat your sponges in a thin layer of buttercream first!
To cover a round 20cm diameter cake, you will need approximately 500g of FunCakes suagrpaste.
To use:

- Dust your work surface with icing sugar and roll out the sugarpaste with a rolling pin to an even circle of 2-3mm thickness.
