Whip up light and delicious meringue pies or dress your cookies with luscious royal icing using the meringue powder from Wilton. This powder makes an excellent substitute for egg whites, as you can use it to prepare your royal icing.

    – Simply add water

    – 113g resealable pot

    – Replaces egg white in may recipes

    – Stabilises buttercream, adds body to boiled icing and meringue

10g (2 teaspons) Meringue powder + 30ml (2 Tablespoons) Water = 1 egg white.

After opening, store in a cool, dry place.


May contain milk, nuts, peanuts, soy, gluten (wheat), mustard, sesame, celery, fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
