Use as an egg white alternative for baking & decorating:

10 g Meringue Powder + 10 ml water = 1 egg white

Product packed by dry weight. Contents may settle. After opening, store in a cool dry place. No refrigeration required.

Ingredients:
Cornstarch, EGG white powder, sugar, thickener (E 414), acidity regulators (E 330, E 336), stabiliser (E 516), flavouring, anti-caking agent (E 551).
