This gum mix can be added to your sugar flowers and sugarpaste models, making the drying process quicker, as well as giving them a firmer structure and making them less likely to damage. Perfect for when you’re in a rush and need to cut drying times down.

Masstex gum mix is great for bonding in ice cream, used as a primary ingredient in gels, adding to sugarpaste to create modelling paste, gum paste and flower paste or as a stabiliser in buttercreams.

It can also be used to create edible glue when mixed with water.
