If you are using it with chocolate
- Melt the chocolate @ 40 degree C.
- Pour it into the mould gently and spread with the help of spatula.
- Once it starts to set but still soft, slowly wrap the mould around the cake.
- Leave it in the fridge for 10-15 mins and then remove the mould gently.
