Sugarflair has created these cacao butter drops, which are 100% organic. In button form, these drops are perfect to melt and mix with Sugarflair’s Blossom Tints or Chocolate Colourings to create chocolate paints, add to desserts or use to make chocolate more fluid.
Cacao drops are also a great vegan alternative to gelatine which is often used in mousses to thicken and enrich.
