Squires Kitchen’s easy-to-use Edible Glue is a tacky, gum-based glue that is suitable for all sugarcraft purposes.

Edible glue (also known as sugar glue) is particularly useful when making sugar flowers and sugar models, and also works well with pastry pieces. It is strong enough to support heavier items – simply support with crumpled kitchen paper or sponge pieces until the glue is dry.
