Cake Gel by Saracino otherwise known as piping gel has many uses

This versatile, transparent cold gel is suitable for cake-coating and adhesion. Easily apply decorations or icing to cakes with a brush.

ingredients: Glucose syrup, sucrose, thickeners: agar-agar (E406), pectin (E440); modified starch, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330), sodium citrate (E331); preservative: potassium sorbate (E202).
