This vegetable gelatine is a flavourless white powder that allows you to create a variety of vegan treats, sweet and savoury, including cheesecakes, flans, pies, terrines, soufflés, jelly and more.
Please note, although this vegetable gelatine is a great substitute for traditional gelatine, recipes may need to be adjusted accordingly.
Each pot contains 20g.
Vegan Gelatine Recipe:
- Dissolve 5g of vegetable gelatine in 75ml of cold water. Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
- Pour the dissolved gelatine into 450ml of boiling water, stirring constantly.
- After 5-10 minutes, the jelly will begin to set.
