This all-over floral miniprint pattern is versatile and creative. Use for adding designs and textures to a variety of surfaces, including sugarpaste, Mexican paste, royal icing and modelling Chocolate. For texturing, and applying color, lightly rub the reverse of the mat with a little vegetable shortening, then position onto the paste. Roll over the surface with a rolling pin. Brush over luster or powder colors.Use it for cookies or cakes from 2″ – 4″ round or as detail on the side of cakes. Design measures 4-3/4 x 4-7/8 inches and is cut from 10 mil food grade plastic.
